Privacy

We collect account details, podcast subscriptions, listening positions, settings, and diagnostic reports to run the app, sync your devices, and fix problems. Diagnostic reports can include your account identifier and IP address. We never record your microphone or receive passwords from other services you use to sign in.

We use service providers to store app data, analyze episodes, process payments, and measure website visits and sign-ups. Episode processing can include your account identifier. We never receive your payment details. Optional account connections share information only when you link them.

We use sign-up reports only to learn how people discover our app. We don't use any of this information to advertise or market to you. We do not sell this information to anyone.

You can use the player without episode analysis, unlink connected accounts, or permanently delete your account in Settings. Deletion removes your account, library, settings, uploaded audio, shared links, and subscription access records, and cancels pending analysis.

Completed transcripts, detected segments, and diagnostic and billing records remain with your account identifier removed. Logs may retain IP addresses; billing records retain store transaction identifiers. Word-level transcript timing is deleted after 60 days.

Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription. Cancel it through the App Store or Google Play. Deletion also does not automatically delete reports already shared with service providers.

The app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.
